Product Details
Bio Grease-Ex is a residue-free cleaner with high dissolving power. It removes extremely persistent contaminations, such as oils and greases, adhesive residues, tar, lubricants, resins, rubber residues and –traces, and paint, from metal, tiles, natural stone, concrete, marble, wood, glass, and all other resistant surfaces. At temperatures of down to –35 °C/-31°F, the cleaning fluid cleans and degreases without effort also complex steel- or stainless steel geometries. Further processing, such as varnishing, pasting or labelling, can follow shortly; workflows are accelerated and costs are saved. Bio Grease-Ex features a natural double action due to the interplay of two components; the alcoholic one dissolves the water-soluble contaminations, the aliphatic one the oil-soluble ones. The contamination- and grease remover features excellent wetting properties. Once dissolved, the dirt is maintained in the solution and won’t settle again on the surfaces. The contaminations can be wiped off or rinsed off effortlessly. Select additives guarantee fast drying. Waiting times between the work steps are reduced to a minimum. The cleaner is easily biodegradable (degradability > 90 %, OECD 301E method), which makes it an eco-compatible alternative to conventional products.
